Journey to a better being.


At 38, Max, as he is often called, has attempted to become a 'fitter' person. He has made several attempts at doing this by changing his diet, he's tried exercise and perhaps even a mental strategy. His weight would only shift a few ounces. The truth is, this would discourage almost anyone, except he wasn't just anyone. He's a father and husband.

Today, July 6th.

One thing that seems to be lacking in his dieting and exercise fitness program would be keeping track of it all. Putting it on paper or having it tracked and keeping stats and figures is going to be one of the improvement to make it work better now.

So we'll consider today the beginning. The beginning of this new journey of His Max Life.
